Got perm'd for stating a fact

Earlier today I was playing solo in a normals and got matched with 4 people in a premade team, my support was afk the whole match, I brought up the remake vote and they all voted no, saying the support would be back. Eventually they said that the players grandmother had died and that's why he was afk. I didn't say anything horrible like,"Good im glad" or something like that, I literally said,"That's what happens when you get old, you die." So after 19 minutes of being absolutely flamed on by 8 people for stating the fact that people die when they are old as if they never heard such a thing, they all reported me and now I am permanently banned. I've had moments while playing this game where I have found out that a friend of mine died in a car crash, I found out my cousin was shot to death by the police, I found out my own grandmother died and still didn't afk or expect people to be politically correct about it so how do I appeal my perma ban?
