Advice/Info on 4.8k IP Champs?

So, the long and short is I've just about scraped up 4.8k IP (and there really are no 6.3k Champs I have any interest in currently), so I'm wanting feedback and opinions on who to pick up/ I'm pretty flexible role-wise,and have a good deal of my main roles covered with 1st,2nd, and 3rd tier picks in case of bans or whatnot, so this is mostly a matter of wanting something new to try out. I play a lot of Mages so complexity is not a scary thing to me,and my reflexes are.. eh, decent but not superhuman.

I already own Ahri Brand Caitlyn Graves Irelia JarvanIV Leona Malzahar Maokai Orianna Riven Sejuani Vayne Viktor Vladimir Yorick

Outside those, anyone that really stands out?

(P.S.: I know Fizz and LeeSin are options, and I'm open to getting one of them, but a little leery because of the sheer unadulterated hate I see for them here on the boards. Not sure how likely gamechanging nerfs are?)

(P.P.S.: My Role preferences/experience levels are, Descending order, Mid/Support/ADC/Top/Jungle - I don't dislike Jungle but I only have any real luck at it with RekSai )

All help and suggestions on the matter appreciated!

Maybe give Volibear a try? He's a pretty beefy fighter/bruiser who has 2 strong attack steroids, an execute, a gap close/toss, and an AoE slow (fear on minions). He can be played top, supp or in the jungle and overall is a pretty well rounded champ IMO

NerfPlz Tier List

Do you already own all champions under 4.8k IP? If you don't, Janna and Sona are supports who are definitely worth it, Taric too. I'm not much of a mid-laner, but Akali and Katarina are popular.

If you want a 4.8k champ, how about Wukong? He works Top, Jungle and Mid, and has somewhat flexible build paths (Hydra vs Cleaver) and outplay potential.

Leona is typically the top of most people's request list for hard engage tank supports when building comps. don't buy anyone based on your experiences with yorick until riot messes with him. there are a LOT of Mids and ADC's on that list. and since you have your carries covered and are pretty well rounded I'll ignore those. My best advice would be to learn how to play a champ you hate playing against. That's how I learned to fight against riven and vlad.

As far as the tanks go, J4 and Maokai are fun to play, and Sejuani has a bit of a wonky hard-engage DoT tank aura to her that's interesting to use.

based on your listed champs, I'd suggest picking up one of these three: Xerath Rumbe Kennen

Hi, i agree with learning the game and having high flexibility, but when it come to buying champs focus on where you have the most fun/success. if you are mid first support 2nd then Orianna and Ahri Leona are the champs you should get, because they can be played in either way. making them a good flex pic for you. this way you can increase the efficiency of your purchase. also have you played any of these champs who was the most fun. this is a game. the smart play is the fun champ in the roll you like best. glhf

Ended up going with the two suggestions for Rumble .Only used him a couple of times so far but he really is working out wonderfully.

Thanks to everyone for advice.
