Best Rune Choices for Morgana?

Just about done with my baseline ADC runepage, and am now looking ahead to start planning what I'll need for my other main, namely Morgana - who I play predominantly as a Midlane mage APC instead of the more commonly-seen Bot support (though I can swing that too if need be).

In short I'm wondering what are the best options rune-wise for each category? I have a few rough ideas but wanted feedback from folks far more-experienced than my level 20, not-quite-newb-but-still-learning self.

I'm especially curious about whether to go Flat or Scaling AP runes; with ADC I was told to go Flat and I get that - early game advantage - but is it the same with AP?

Personally I'd go scaling. Morg got solid damage and sustain early not to mention most Morg players buy a RoA first. If you're buying that you'll need time to get that fully stacked up and powerful. Not to mention Morg's powerspikes are 6 and 9. 6 for soul shackles and 9 for maxed out binding. A lvl 9 if my math is right, is when scaling AP glyphs become better than flat AP glyphs. So scaling is the way to go. Hope that helps :D.
