Why do i suck eery goddamn game now with my main: Tristana?

I cant seem to be able to believe this is happening last month i would go crazy positive in most of my games and carry but now i suck. I suck so goddamn much. I tilt every goddamn game i play to the point were im ffing at 20 eery game, even if we hae the advantage. Because a win for me is only if I do good een if its a team game because i always expect myself to carry. i hae to be useful to my team. I try my very best to last hit but could only get a max of about 54 cs in 10 minutes which is complete shit. I am now getting destroyed by people playing jinx:(. Ugh this is so incredibly frustrating i wish i could express it some other way but i am way to much trash at this game.
