How to Climb 101. The other way.

#First of all we must make this clear, there are two ways of climbing the ladder.

#a) Learning how to play well enough to make a difference in the elo you are in.

This is where most tips people give you fall into.

Focus Objectives, not Kills. Learn how to CS Properly. Learn a few champions for each role incase you have to fill for your team. Focus on a single lane and learn it and it's matchups. Pressure the map Blah blah blah... you get it.

Now, this sounds great on paper and you eventually climb by doing so, assuming you have the time to improve of course.

But that isn't always true. In order for this to work, you must somewhat rely on your teammates to be competent enough to know what to do in different situations, and this can cause a lot of frustration and this is especially true in low elo.

However, this also brings us to the second strat which not everyone seems to aknowledge.

#b) Learning how to Win using your enemies rather than your teammates.

And I don't mean that Gameplay wise.

Allow me to explain.

Riot created a very sensitive community.

Telling other players they "suck" will nearly always end up bad for your side and won't accomplish anything but you getting mass reported.

But the players themselves are basically bombs, waiting to explode.

Some of them blow up instantly, some will never blow up, some will only blow up if you light the fuse and some will only blow up if some other bomb blew up already.

Many of them are not very hard to trigger. Stomping someone inlane will nearly always make someone rage in the enemy team, regardless of the total score or objectives. This is especially true with Vayne players. They are usually the first ones to fall upon their teammates the moment they make a mistake, at least from my experience.

And this is why I recommend you learn either Agressive Damage Junglers and camp the enemy laner that is most likely to go on tilt OR Lane Bullies that can make the enemy laner go 0/7 in the first 12 minutes if they are not careful enough.

Darius, Graves and Annie all fit this description. They are easy to play and frustrating to play against, which means they are likely to make the other laner go on tilt. Xin Zhao Jungle is sick too.

Remember Your objective isn't to win the game by Teamplay and Calls, Your objective is to win using Disruption.

And this brings us to the next point. The only thing worse than getting stomped is to get an ambiguous answer right after.

You don't know how devastating a simple "/all lol" or a "/all wp" or even a "/all ?" can be after an enemy mistake.

It is an ambiguous answer to a question that was never asked. It's meaning doesn't matter one bit, what matters is how it is interpreted by the other players, as a Frustrated player is obviously going to believe that you are insulting them in some way, ignoring the fact that a ? is just a ? in the end of the day and that it could be replaced by literally anything and it would hold the same exact purpose. It's just a character.

It can Disrupt teams in the blink of an eye

Quotes coming from enemies such as "REPORT X" or "REPORT Y" are signs you've done your job right.

If the Enemy starts fighting eachother rather than fighting you, then you've net your team the best advantage they could ever ask for.

You can also create even more dirsuption by adding a "why?" after someone request you to report someone else.

All this because someone decided to tilt himself/herself over something they didn't know the meaning of.

But you can't just call someone a "noob" and be done with it. Everything you might say must be subtle and impersonal. As I said before, insulting someone is just asking to get banned and will direct all their rage towards you, which is exactly what you do not want.

Remember that nearly every person has at least a bit of anger inside them, you must know how to awaken it and direct it towards eachother. Not against you or your team.

Oh, and finally, your teammates are meaningless. Expect nothing from them and you will never be dissapointed.

#Disrupting the enemy team for a Sure win is always better than Working with your own.

Honorable? no Effective? yes

This works up to low-mid Diamond.

If you are good enough at it, then you will climb in no time.

The second method is not nice. But it works, and I've seen it used, and I've even used it a few times. Personally, I play a aggressive jungler (or really any jungler) and camp mid. Getting your mid fed is the best way to go, as he/she can roam bot, get them to notice the fed-ness, and then all you have left are the jungler and top laner. The top laner can't do a damn thing if he/she is a tank, and normally gives 0 shits, but the jungler will be under fire for not ganking, or will have died already to the fed mid laner, and will also be mad. Once somebody says "Player X is fed" you know you've won, as long as you don't throw.

Don't forget to ask a question to someone that's low hp and/or recalling when you're on your way to kill them. It takes time to cancel that reply they're working on.
