Did you know Tank busters come out during a tanky dps meta?

Vayne came out around 2011 and during the time Riot was combating Tankie DPS. Her kit hasn't changed. But she is again being played more often. Tells you something doesn't.

And if you didn't get it we are still in a tankie dps meta even after the nerfs where kog and vayne are still needed as ADC.

What do you expect when you nerf burst mages, nerf mana regen, pathetically buff AP and changed the crit value to on combine on the IE. Upped Tanky items even after then were pathetically nerfed.
