Early invade with Shyvana feels wrong

Been playing alot of im 12-3 in my last 15 games with her. But what ive been doing early game almost feels wrong. I start my red everytime and ward enemies blue after smiting and killing the krugs I watch the enemy jungler at their blue and just go in when they are near death and get the easiest first blood.

One game against a twitch jungle (which I though was wierd) did that early invade, went back and cleared my red side and went back to his red buff only to find him 1/3 health and another easy kill.

Keep in mind this is all unranked so not sure what skill level im playing against. But I don't play ranked because I cant lane or cs so to make sure I can play jungle with the champ I want I play unranked.

It's not really wrong. You can do that on pretty much any champion since:

You will have smite off cooldown and they will not
You will have your abilities off cooldown and they may not
They will likely have taken more damage for fighting two camps than you did fighting one

I'll typically look for an invade unless I have reason to believe that the enemy team has warded their jungle.

If I'm not invading, I will always ward over the wall when I start my second camp so I have warning that they are coming. Many people are lazy and just don't bother to ward to drag the camp into the bushes to avoid being ambushed.

It's a perfectly fair strategy, and one that every jungler should be aware of and warding against. Personally I always have my duo or myself ward the backside of the buff as late as possible (1:40 or later), so that I'm not vulnerable to this when I jungle. If I see some dude creeping on me, I simply go somewhere else. Against you, this means that I would notice you warding and would know to avoid that camp for a little bit, knowing that if I simply don't go for it, I can waste your time, or if you decide to try to take it for yourself, that I can just counter-jungle you in my own jungle XD

Hihi, I checked your match history. Impressive Shyv plays. However, i do want to point out, the majority of the players you play with are either unranked or in the bronze tier. I realized from experience that if you climb up a bit to even mid silver, people will start warding a bit more early game. That would make your strategy significantly harder.
