passive is basic attacks lower the mr of opponents for 3 seconds my question is does 
trigger this twice for 40 mpen or does it just reset the counter still only giving 20 mpen? anyone know? i tested it and was having a hard time telling
Frigid Ice Storm2 votesOk tested it in a game, it doesn't proc your passive twice, sorry :/ But the build does a lot of damage though. After you've Q'd a target and you have your tears on, you're just bonking the target with your head right? Might as well bonk faster and do more damage with it. The interesting thing I found though was that the on hit damage from sated devourer ( 60 ), did more damage because of your passive. I was doing like 73 or so magic damage per hit even though I only had 60 magic damage on hit from my devourer. So this build CAN work, it does do a lot of damage, I melted the bots. Just doesn't proc your passive twice.

Does it stack? What is the max MR you can reduce?
Obviously the devourer doubles up on it. But I'm sure it tells you in-game how much it stacks or what the max is.
I dont play mumu so I wouldnt know.

Devourer does make wit's end stack up faster if you're really determined to try it. You're giving up a lot of tankiness to pull that off though.
