I tried building Manamune on Ashe and here's why

I thought it would help her get to her late game faster since she could stack the tear very easily with Q.

Here's what I noticed

Yeah, Ashe can stack tear fast. I got muramana at 20 mins but here's the bad news

Only got 37 bonus AD from the mana passive. Mana active wasn't that fantastic. A 100% mana charge was 106 bonus damage. I never ran oom in fights. Damage from muramana wasn't great. It was just meh.

On the plus side, 40% cd ashe gets her ult every 48 seconds.

Ya but think, as an adc/marksman you need damage and life steal. If its mana you want I recommend Essence Reaver. Gives you everything you are wanting but a lot more!

Manamune huh? Hmm, if you're gonna go that route, you should probably do something like: item 3004 + item 3158 + item 3078 + item 3071 + item 3031

I dont think on an Ashe, she is all about that crit burst. Ya you will poke hard with this build but in fights you will fall flat. With a Corki I would say yes but Ashe's cds are to long to use trinity force efficently, let alone the Black Cleaver requires you to hit them 5 times before getting the full effect so I would change that to Last Whisper. But again, this is a poke build and Ashe doesn't have the range nor the cds to be a real poke champion.

The above build is standard for what you build outta manamune, very common on champs that use it aka urgot. That would support her crit burst and sustained damage. You'd also have a last whisper tho.

Manamune is weird in that the build path immediately after Manamune doesn't really look like the build path after Infinity Edge.

yea...not the first person to run it on her. Maybe in ARAM, no other time does it work well.
