Hi guys, A lot of us have been playing LotPK and have been discovering some champions that work especially well in this game mode. I've found that Amumu does pretty well with his AoE stun and abilities and his tankiness. What works well for you guys?

Amumu Q and ult combo can initiate Rammus can initiate with all combo Q for knockup stun, E can taunt, W for E proc, ult Ziggs have AoE damage Lux Q root and E stun maybe can initiate Fiddlesticks ult can have same use as Rammus ult and have W for drain
maybe others poke and nuke type too...

Also, I get my kicks out of denying the enemy team whatever they were trying to do just by throwing my ult.

And when you get the poro king tanking their tower, you can set up all your turrets right under their tower (it's usually a bad idea to place heimers turrets in tower range cause they get one shot) OP seige, if they even come close to there own turret they'll die

KillerPenguins1 votesI've been going for garen and udyr and anyone else who doesn't have a gap closer in their kit, poro snowball is a massive buff for them. The poke comp seems to matter less in this than in aram because the games tend to not be as long.
Hiryuu161 votesTry Galio. He's so forgotten that he's rarely banned, but the free gap-closer fixes his biggest weakness on other maps. Poro in, ult, watch them all walk to their doom. Plus, AP is over-represented as usual for this map, so you get very tanky.

I personally prefer the strong poke champions as I often doubt my team's willingness to commit to the melee engage.
MrBuffington1 votesIn typical ARAM style I've had/seen a lot of success with poke champions (Xerath for me) and snowbally assassins (Kat, Yi, Fizz, Akali, etc. are common bans).
However, I also really like Sion for this mode; he's still got ability to poke with his E, great lockdown with his Q (so long as you're watching for things that can interrupt you) and is very tanky with his W (I'll usually max this first). Additionally, people seem not to expect you to come back from the dead; I've gotten many double kills this way. Finally, because the map is so narrow, your ult is easier to hit since there are fewer places to run.
The new summoner spells really helps out champions who otherwise have trouble getting into a fight; Galio is terrifying on this map.
One thing you want to keep in mind though is your team comp; if everyone on your team is running poke champions and you play a dive champion, no one is really around to follow up on your engages.

Unlike most I prefer not to use the obvious snowball and OP champs (
) except for maybe ziggs occassionally
However I've enjoyed playing a lot of APC types of champions for carrying aspects such as 
(before he was banned)
The only adc's ive really enjoyed were 
I've also found a lot of success with really tanky/bruiser champions...any one that can dive into their whole team and get a kill without dying makes my day...such as.. 
(more of a fighter I know, but I like my pantheon to be tanky and hard hitting)
I remember one game I played, the other team's poke may have been the most cancerous team comp of all time...
(again this was before the ban) ...My team literally couldn't do anything, it was just infinite spam, and as if it wasn't hard enough dodging the endless spam of their skill shots, we also had to dodge the poros. I know a lot of people would just say that we were all just bad and needed a smart tank with smart initiations, but when you can't even initiate because you're getting poked down to below half health constantly, there's not much you can do. I'm sure if you could convince all 4 of your teammates to run a similar team comp you'd have an easy win.
I also played against someone who went straight tank 
which is something I've never seen before, yet it worked quite well. Probably the only reason it did was because he actually knew how to use shaco. A lot of players don't understand how to really succeed with shaco (especially on aram). However we still one against their team, but I don't think it's because shaco built tanky. He was one of their biggest threats even with a straight defense build.
All in all I've found this game mode to be quite fun, especially once you understand the mechanics of the poros/"summoner spells".

to poro dive them. Even if they kill him he still kills one or two of them and damages the rest, plus the chaos usually allows the rest of the team to follow up. He has been my favorite champ throughout this game mode because of how broken it makes him.

Mirage Seraph1 votesMy three favorite champs have been Azir, Poppy and Kalista.
Azir is just in general a great anti-siege champ, nothing hilarious to really do with him aside from poro toss into ulting everybody towards my team.
Poppy is just. Well. Poppy. Land the poro and you just smash their face in with glorious AP diplomacy, and type #outskilled while teleporting back to the Poro King.
Kalista? Land the poro and bring your alistar or malphite or whatever along with you for the ride. (I'd love to have a shen on my team as well, maybe tomorrow!)
I've been trying to make Twitch work. I've done a few silly things with the stealth teleporting (especially with some Zilean bombs into the mix) but it takes Twitch too long to really take off plus he isn't very survivable so I'm often finding myself useless.
Jungle Lux God1 votesI personally have had the most fun with Skarner and Fiddlesticks.
Skarner I have so much fun moving super quick between W and Guardian's horn and throwing out poros and E's at everyone. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the Impale > To the King combo out, but he's been super fun regardless.
Fiddlesticks is also really fun for his amazing teamfight AoE and its synergy between Poro Toss/ To the King. My personal favorite play, which I term the "poro wind fountain dive okey doke", where I use Poro Toss on a low health enemy in the enemy fountain, follow up on the dash, and cast Dark Wind on them. I've gotten at least two kills from that play alone, at least one of which ended in myself being executed instead of being killed by the enemy team.
Evil Jester1 votesPantheon: I've done so many back door ults to win games. and when i ult there poro king with all of them crowded around it. its epic. I almost always leave with a kill or 2 before I get focused and die. then my team plays clean up crew.

Vayne: building all Atacks speed with a BOTRK and her true damage W melts enemy poro kings as soon as they land. even if they get the poro king every time, its so useless when i literally melt it in 2 seconds.

is the most op champ because, for hat i've seen so far, people take mostly AP champs ! Since builds Ap while building MR, he gets the tankiness and damage needed... Plus 
has his Q for gap closer, has none... So the Poro Toss works wonderfully with him ! Thats what I think :D

, but really any fast auto attack champ will do. .Doesn't really matter who the other two champs are, but it helps if one of them is another AOE damage champ like

and the other is someone with long range who can stall out the opposing team with poke.
Each of your jobs are as follows: Tank: Toss poros back and forth and engage on the enemy team with your AOE damage ability whenever your team is there and the enemy team isn't under their tower. When you have the Poro King stall them on the other side of their turret and make sure you peel for your team.
Karthus: Pick up 
to shut down any health steal or healer champs and 
as soon as possible and always follow the tank in, preferably with a poro toss. 
and 
should be your next two items for obvious reasons and be sure to die strategically. If you have the poro king on their turret, die on the other side of their turret so that they have to go through you to reach your team. If they have the poro king on your turret die in front of your turret and use your passive to burn down the king as fast as possible. If they have the Poro king and he is stalled momentarily killing Minions while your team is up and fighting him then die on the enemy Poro King to burn him down as fast as possible again. You will die a lot and people might panic, but you will cause more damage than anyone else because you have 8 seconds of free damage or eight seconds where the enemy team just won't get past you because they are afraid of your damage. As for your last two items take your pick of 
, 
, 
, or 
, but skip the boots, you don't really need them now that you have a gap closer.
AA Bruiser: Make sure you are alive whenever your team has the Poro King on the enemy turret and just beat down that turret while Karthus and the tank provide a diversion.
Used this strategy to perfect success most of Saturday. The only time we lost when using this strategy that I can remember was when we ran into an enemy team using the exact same strategy and my computer crashed. Since I was playing they dominated my team before I could get back. Check my match history if you don't believe me.
