One of the most glaring oversights of Riot

This isn't immediately noticeable in game but when you realize that its missing you ask yourself, "How could Riot forget something as big as this?" This is the biggest thing that NEEDS to be pointed out. The voice in game that announces everything from first blood, to that glorious pentakill is the problem. Let me take you back to when I realized it.

The game was going badly. I was Thresh support and doing everything I could to hook up the enemy team. The enemy Master Yi was doing fantastic. We simply did not have the resources to bring him down. We did everything we could to keep the team afloat. Our biggest strength was our team fight. But this led to our greatest downfall. Due to our critical error, we had failed to mob their Master Yi to prepare for the teamfight. In a glorious display of violence, their Master Yi tore through us like the crappy one-ply toilet paper that somebody in the public restroom, peed on, and left on the floor. Through the sound of my breaking heart I heard the voice count up towards the holy grail. "Enemy Kill, Enemy double kill, Enemy TRIPLE KILL, Enemy QUADRA Kill..." and then it stopped. I looked, my recently broken heart trying to hold hope like a shattered glass tries to hold water (horribly, incidentally), and I saw our Sejuani running for her life with their Yi bearing down on her. And then it happened. Their Darius got her with the tip of his Q. "Enemy Kill, Aced." Thats when I noticed it. But I thought I was mistaken. Riot surely couldn't forget something like that, I foolishly thought. It was all downhill from there and we were put in a similar situation. Yi was on the verge of a pentakill, I could practically hear the furious clicking of the player willing Yi to go faster. Then it happened again! Darius got the kill! Then I knew for sure that it was missing. The voice FAILED to announce the "ENEMY PENTASTEAL."

I know this is shocking. But its true. Riot, this is a serious problem with the game and we fans who love this game more than the first time we got a furby (or when we saw that tumblr post proving that they are devil spawn) beg you to fix this.
