How to win a ranked game?
So I really want to do good in ranked so I can get into silver+ I so far won 2 and lost 6. I need some feed back on how to win or even carry my team

Kill enemy nexus, usually.
Learn to play the objective game.
Every action you make should eventually lead into a building destruction or epic monster kill. If you are fighting a fight that is nowhere near an enemy tower, you've failed. If you power farm the Jungle but never take dragon, you've failed. etc. etc.
TDM is a very unstable way to win when you consider how unlikely it is to consistently have strong teammates to rely on.
well the best you can do if i remember is like silver 4-5 maybe 3 if your lucky but you have to win the rest. The best thing i can tell you is if you going to carry, you have to put yourself as the leader of everyone the shot caller as they say, but this is vary hard and you need them to see how good you are not just a guy who won lane is just barking out orders here and there but they need to see that you are someone who is a lot better and they need to follow you. Playing dirt easy champs such as yi, annie, and viegar could also help just win games. Also you need to be in a carrying role such as mid, adc, rarely jg or top but it could happen to do it supp will not do it for you. Warding is so big in this game so buy up your wards and upgrade your trinket. any question just ask
