I started to noticed that 90% of the times I always fail getting a penta. I see myself always being able to get quad kill but when it comes to the last kill, I mess up and not get a penta. How do I not screw up and be able to get the penta?
Just let it happen. Pentakills aren't things that you really strive to achieve but naturally come and then you can be proud of it.
One time you will get that 5th kill and be extremely happy and rightfully proud, but things won't magically change after that where you wont get a lot of quads.
Just keep trying. Don't give up and have hope until you get one. I wish you luck!
