So I have been asking myself this question. Do I pick Sejuani who i know her mechanics somewhat or Fiddlesticks who isn't the best in the new meta that i really like? I am just kind of confused. Another thing is I want to buy Lee Sin but I have been told that Rek'sai is better. I feel better learning Lee Sin, but I want Rek'Sai even though I hate her kit.

FotM OP is crap if you don't know how to use it. When you need clutch plays, go with what you know. If you really want to use an unfamiliar FotM OP champ, train it into a comfort pick. Best of both worlds.

I have a beautiful winrate of 40% this season, what a nice meta pick
Tbh, you should just try to find a comfort pick in the current meta champ, and do this everytime the meta change
Of course this tip is assuming you are asking this question wondering what would make you win the most, if you dont really care, just play w/e you want^^

I had an ARAM recently where we all incidentally got comfort picks. Mine was Renekton. I was the only melee on the team, so I thought I especially would get steamrolled.
Boy was I wrong. They never hit our tower.
