You can gank but you wont get follow up...

So I noticed a problem today... with uuh cancer bot as jungler, i gotta camp that shit so they dont fail was rammus that time so I cant go in rambo and 1 v 2 double kill or anything like that

problem was... my bot laners were NEVER healthy I could have totally ganked, their bot lane was pushed like all game seriously but bot lane is spending more time walking back to lane than actually be in lane ;l

dafuq is happening, idk what brilliant strategy the other team employed but I could never achieve this with with any poke heavy bot lane btw.. poke heavy bot lane suddenly OP? ;l
