Tips from better junglers than me?

Alright, so. I have come to the conclusion after finally breaking into ranked last month that I prefer junglers and top laners. Specifically, I like tanks and initiators. While I like to think I'm a decent jungler, one thing has always been a problem for me. What do you do when your team has all three lanes pushed, and you don't have much of a siege comp? For example, Tower diving is likely to result in an overall loss (such as early game), they're able to harass and potentially kill you under tower while you try to break it down, etc. I'm still learning when to tower dive and when not to, but I also recognize that dives can require a lot of coordination (especially early game), which isn't always possible in soloQ. What should I do in that case? Help punch down the tower? Farm jungle? Try to predict counterganks (and by predict I mean well placed wards)? Go for the dive and hope for the best?

Appreciate the advice in advance!

I take a few options when all lanes are pushed:

  1. farm. Really if your lanes don't need help, help yourself.
  2. counter jungle. Your lanes are pushed so the laners should be able to come bail you out if you get caught (or at least trade a tower for you dying). You can also get some good deep wards in, especially good to steal blue when they're trying to pass it to the mid laner or just for counter gank protection. Pink wards are especially good in the enemy jungle because they expect them less early and won't go checking every Bush.
  3. counter gank. This is obviously the first priority if you know where the jungler is. Turning a 0 for 1 in to a 2 for 0 (if your lanes are pushed they're probably stronger) is huge. You don't necessarily need to see them via a ward to know (it helps a lot though), you can predict their movement, especially really early, by knowing what buff they started at (see which Lane is late to arrive) and guessing the optimal jungle path (e.g. Blue to wolves to red to gank top level 3).

If all else seems impossible, base to buy and pay attention to the map. Perhaps place a ward somewhere useful (e.g. Near Dragon) and try to take control of a part of the map.

Also, diving will typically be easiest top Lane, as your tanky top laner can share turret shots with you. If the enemy top is high health it's not going to work though, so bot Lane can work if your support has good cc, and mid if you can cc them at tower for your mid to land a kill combo (assassins should thrive in this situation).

Really early though I'd rather play careful though. If all 3 lanes are pushed your laners ate probably better than their opponents so you'll be okay if you don't feed a kill to get someone ahead.

All rotate to another tower. No point wasting time considering a tower dive. If all lanes are pushed another tower is open with minion cover.

The other team can either rotate with you at risk of having a few members being out of place via miscommunication with some moving out faster than others = you can pick, or they will not rotate with you going to clear pushed lanes giving you a free tower to where you rotated to.

If youre sieging unsuccessfully without lanes pushed, go shove the other lanes with your team & can clear some jung along the way
