Does Randuin's & Frozen Heart's Attack Speed slow debuff stacks?

Copied from the League Wiki - Dunno that it's 100% accurate, but they DO seem to stack.
If you have a 
and 
in your inventory, the slows stack multiplicatively (meaning you don't get the full 15%+15%= 30% attackspeed slow, but it's still greater than 15%). I think the attackspeed reduction total is 27.75%.
The cold steel unique found on randuins and wardens do not stack.
Whoaa... They do? I thought they did not. Everything is different, I must find out myself...
They also stack similarly with champion AS debuffs. I have long used both on a Malphite and with his groundslam debuff they make enemy auto attacking almost impossible for a short time. He has been my go to counter to teams that go ham on AD champions in ranked With those two items and maybe a sunfire and thornmail to rub in the hurt.
