Help deciding on my runes

I am currently looking at my runes and came to realize I really haven't touched my support runes since the end of season 2. I would like some help setting up 2 support pages, one focused around my Leona/Braum type supports, and one focused around my Sona/Soraka type supports. Currently I am sporting the 5gp10 setup, but am wondering how "worth" that setup is. And if you are busy looking up my other rune pages plz don't bother commenting on them as right now I am working on these two pages before getting into anything else. Also keep in mind that I have easy access to many runes as I don't have anything else to spend my IP on. anyway please feel free to discuss what support rune setups work for you and why so I can take into consideration what I would like to look at for my changes.
