My fellow Talon mains and others, could you please give me your opinions on this weird build?

Hey guys, so I was just messing around with Talon's build in norms and I may have discovered a secret viable build on Talon. So starting items are usual, item 1036 item 2003 item 2003 item 2003 item 3340 Core is same as well, Brutalizer and Tiamat. But this is where it gets weird, I upgrade my brutalizer into Youmuus and then upgrade Tiamat into Titanic Hydra. I then follow that up with Trinity Force/Black Cleaver. Triforce if enemy isn't building too much armor, Black cleaver if they are. Get the one you didn't after the one you did. And finally, get a deadman's plate. Upgrade boots to mercs/tabi/preferred. Example Final build will look like this : item 3142 item 3748 item 3078 item 3071 item 3742 item 3111 .

So right now, I know everyone's like " WTF LOL THIS KID HAS DOWNS." I have over 800 games with Talon, and this build was created simply out of messing around and having fun. It was surprisingly strong, and I was impossible to kill. You can still assassinate people with your extremely high burst from Titanic Hydra Active + E + Q + Triforce Sheen effect, and after you are done using your combo, you just serve as a frontliner for your team, AAing whoever you can and using your skills when they are back up.

Can any of you people evaluate or try out this build and tell me how your game goes? Thanks for reading ^^

I very much enjoy talon, I just love the champ and i've seen the titanic hydra type build before but it didn't over impress me but he still did dmg. What I've been messing around with is item 3153 because it's bonus AD based on hp is buffed by Talon's passive, and Cuthroat+it has a slow for more passive time and faster AA's

I'm not sure about having Trinity Force and The Black Cleaver in the same build. The Rage passives don't stack, and you have no AP scaling. Then again, the 200 damage Spellblade proc might be worth the useless stats due to the extra burst.
