Ashe's new armory?

Unless the new damage system for Ashe still works on crit damage (i.e. fake crits like Garen E and Pantheon Q), I feel that item 3031 has a wasted portion for its cost - its passive. Granted, all the other stats are good, but item 3142 becomes more efficient, especially CDR on a UTILITY carry. item 3046 would probably combo better with a item 3072 compared to rushing item 3031. Heck, instead of a item 1038 item rush, it might even work to rush a item 3046 for a first item. What are your thoughts on this?Perhaps even a final build involving more than 1 item 3086 and item 1053 items??

IE does interact with her ult passive, and increases the damage bonus by 50%. It's worth it, imo.

Since crit chance just changes into %dmg amp on auto attacks (which does exactly the same as crit chance except for the randomness factor), the build stays kind of the same. She basically just gains 10% extra damage amp.

You'll still want to get item 3031 + item 3046/item 3087 + item 3072/item 3153 + item 3035

Try a game out with Hurricane on her and 5 Focus stacks. It's personally rewarding.

Build her like a normal ADC. There's no reason to build her differently because of the crit change which literally just takes the crit and averages it over all her autos.

(AD)(1.1) + (AD)(Crit Chance)(1+ Crit Damage) = Ashe's Damage

Seriously all this theorycrafting on new item builds is a waste of time. Standard ADC build is still the most efficient for her for the same reason that it's efficient on every other ADC. Her kit is nowhere near as confusing or unique as you people are trying to make it seem.
