Windwall is so skillful

Skillful outplay by anticipating projectiles and aiming it to block them 360 degree protection from ranged attacks by standing inside the wall.

Riot, please make that thing a lot thinner if you're not removing it.

CertainlyT does a good job when it comes to offensive abilities but when it comes to defensive he has no idea what they mean and he ends up making an abomination of a broken as shit windwall and TRUE INVISIBILITY shroud because why not... Countering a whole champion rooster because why not, play around it when the hitbox is bugged as shit.

Personally I think maybe rework the windwall to last only 0.75 seconds similar to Sivir's spell shield but make it push out extremely far like the Odyssey augment.

It should only block ranged auto attacks and SOME Q W E abilities, not ultimates. There's no skill in stopping a Nami ult.

Unfortunately from a technical stand point, if they make windwall too thin than its behavior could become to inconsistent. where the projectile speed would cause it to pass through instead of causing the coliders to interact.

I think it is the most op ability in the game. He blocks everything with taking no damage, yet an actual tank support (Braum) takes damage, has a smaller version, and cannot block every single thing.

The windwall is the only reason why I ban Yasuo. Just whips the wall out from nowhere, really just blocks everything with no cost. Annoying when he puts it up and jumps through minions either to kill me or escape.

Make Windwall block a limited number of abilities.

Every other shield works like that

Yasuo's can as well.

iDarkWind11/23/2018, 7:23:32 PM3 votes

Yes, and it also forces you to throw all your projectiles to the wall, because you know what? It's not your fault that you're bad, it's just that Yasuo is broken. Rito nerf please. Ridiculous.

Windwall actualy got nerfed during Odyssey rescript, It now has 0,25 delay after casting before it can block projectiles

My only real frustration with windwall is that the hitbox starts on top of Yasuo, so if you time it properly you don't even have to aim the windwall, and this wouldn't be too much of a problem if it wasn't for the fact that the timing window for super free blocking is giant. Even someone with really slow reaction speed can do the non-aim nullify. Honestly if the windwall started slightly in front of Yasuo where he's aiming it'd require tighter reaction speed and would remove all of my frustration with the spell.

honestly, it should work like it did in odyssey where it pushes out and it should last for like 1.25 sec or so

SweedishGunner11/24/2018, 1:31:40 AM3 votes

Played Ahri vs Yasuo today, windwall can block my entire kit... Pog.

Papuga11/24/2018, 2:34:53 AM1 votes

Has anyone here tried to play Yasuo? I have and it's not as easy as you think to wind wall key abilities.

Regardless, I agree that it is a bit too powerful a tool. The instant cast fram cancel is too strong and allows it to be too omni directional. I liked the suggestion to make it start outside his character in the direction the wall will errupt.

I also agree with the difficulty of hitting him while he is inside the wall. You make it just around the edge of the wall but the edge still blocks it. I feel the wall is too wide and not well defined enough. I would like to see the wall narrowed or to not block projectiles from the side.
