I want to know how to play him at a diamond or higher level. Help me in my quest. Must know everything!

Just gonna say that you may be setting your goals/expectations a bit too high there. But if that's what you're after then you got my support.
To be honest I would suggest watching as many Huni hecarim games as you can. He's a beast on him. I don't know of any hecarim specialists like some other champs have so huni is the best reference I have for you.
Imitate him until you can do it right. It has worked for countless other people with champions like riven, shaco, yi, twitch, and whatever champion faker is playing lately. Just uh...don't learn how to ward from scarra.
Not a hecarim player so that's about all I got -.-;
