For the Kalista jumps, is that with Martial Poise? That ability seemed like a real drawback when I first saw it, but if you can use it like this...

Yes it is with Kalista's passive. The passive makes her the best kiter in the game.

Not really, actually. It prevents the canceling of animations, so she must go through the full throw before jumping. Overall, it puts her at a small amount faster than Vayne. It has its positives and negatives. For example, a plus is that you can instantly dodge Mystic shot if timed right. On the flip side, she has to stand perfectly still to CS, and that is dangling a cookie in front of blitz.

be very difficult to use her to do those jumps i mean, split seconds in between attacking champions and entirely based on where u are compared to them. seems unrealistic

It is, however, possible. I would assume that this map is based on actual attempts to make the jumps. This CAN be done, and it makes her impossibly strong at high skill levels while leaving her fairly mediocre at low ones. Look at the walls near blue bot lane; she can jump those as an escape. If someone flashes after her, she can jump back. This passive NEEDS a cooldown, I think. As it stands, it's a free almost-flash every second or so.
