Vayne, Vi, Gnar. Theres alot of champs that this would become HUGE on. Getting thirty stacks does not seem like a hard job, since just dragon alone is 5 points, and the little crab dudes are 2 points.

Counterjungle, get the crab, get dragon, get kills.

Hell, just leash your jungler every now and again, it stacks on takedowns, meaning you get credit for helping.
