since you're asking for feedback, a few things

sightstone/sweeper is mandatory on all supports

check out build guides for champs on mobafire.com and survey what the pros are building on probuilds.net

cdr caps at 40%, once you have it from other sources sell those ionian boots and get merc treads, mobi boots, ninja tabi, etc

Adding to Archon's comment, you can also get good tips at Lolclass.com this will show you some pretty good techniques on champions, builds, masteries, and runes. i believe they also have a Warding Guide.

To add to both of their comments... they're actually trying to help you. No offense but boots of swiftness, doran's ring, and iceborn gauntlets on blitz is an extremely poor build.

Blue sightstone should be your first item, then more than likely a Talisman on Blitz, depending how your team is doing / the enemy team comp.

A build guide wouldn't hurt ya, buddy.

Your thresh game linked below wasn't so bad. You had the least deaths on your team, and a solid number of assists. Mikaels and Locket were good picks against that enemy comp, assuming you used the item actives.

Also, 14 wards placed in a 40 minute game is extremely insufficient. You need to work on dropping a lot more wards and keeping objectives like dragon and baron warded, preferably with a pink.

Just one Warding tip, Never place it IN the dragon pit, place it right outside of dragons entrance, inbetween Drag entrance and bot side Blue entrance, Dragvision/River Vision/Blue entrance vision.

Unless you need to do an over the wall ward to see if the enemy is at drag.
