Utility Tank Items?

I think this is the right board...

Anywho, anyone have a list of decent Utility Tank items? I just had a wonderful game playing Utility Tank Cho'Gath, building Righteous Glory, Warmog's Armor, and having about to have built Randuin's.

...And then I quickly realized that, having built nothing but true hyper tanks before, I have very little knowledge over utility tank itemization.

Anyone have any good pointers for what good utility items there are for tanks, and a general description of when to use them? I've already got Righteous Glory, Warmog's Armor, and Randuin's for a start, but are there any other items for utility itemization, and can I get a few tips with them?

Frozen Heart Randuins Locket of the Iron Solari Righteous Glory I think this is most if not all of the items that have some clear benefit to your team.

Cho'Gath has a lot of utility in his kit, so I would start off by building a item 3010 into a item 3027 for the HP and Mana. Then I would get item 3110 .

I haven't played around with item 3800 , but it looks like a fun item. item 3190 is a good buy, but odds are the support or jungler are going to buy it, so you may want to ask them in chat ahead of time to avoid wasting an item. item 3001 is a good item if you are ahead and want damage against an double AP team, or if you have a double or triple AP team. item 3025 is surprisingly effective for sticking to a slippery target.

Buy item 3143 when they have mixed damage or true damage, buy item 3110 when they have champions who benefit from attack speed (ex: Vayne , Nocturne , Tristana )
