Good mid/top champion suggestion to fill if my CS is sub-par?

Jungle main here. I learned support (right before hitting level 30), to make sure I can get a role I can competently play most games. This covers ~95% of the games, but leaves me lost in the other 5% where neither sup nor jg are reasonably available. So, recommendation on which champion to pick up for mid and/or top, given that:

-I'll never be good at CSing relative to my MMR. Sure, my CSing will improve with time, but so will my jungle/support play, and thus my MMR will always stay ahead of my laning ability. So best if chamion is either not too CS-reliant, or has mechanics that makes it easy to CS. -I'm not aiming to be great in lane (I enjoy jungle much more), but want to be at least carryable. -All else being equal, I enjoy playing off-meta (my main JG used to be very rarely played... unfortunately, with cinderhulk he is more meta now, AND was nerfed to make him much weaker in lane). -I'm in Gold right now (that might matter for some suggestions).

Play a fighter or bruiser champ and buy Tiamat/Hydra every game (but don't do it on Nasus if you intend to play him, just by CDR, tankiness and have a Sheen related item).

That way, you don't need to worry about CS'ing anymore.

just go top garen, braindead champion who built tanky is almost unkillable and you max E and you basically clear waves with it after level 5 or so. Not saying hes a bad champion but i'm sure literally anyone can pick him up and be good with him (Note all you garen mains i said GOOD not AMAZING on him.) Tank items also aren't as expensive and he can take punishment and back up slightly to regen a lot with his passive.

Chogath has high base ad and his E makes CSing quite easy. He also has easy sustain by CSing and can be a really strong lanebully. Scales well too.

Annie gets CS with her Q so again CSing shouldn't be a problem.

Cassiopeia Ryze Veigar are supposed to CS using skills which makes the last hitting easier but the laning phase more difficult.

Malphite is usually a safe pick and doesn't need lots of CS to be useful.

Pantheon is strong early and can farm from range with his skills.

Karthus Farms like no one else. His Q is very spamable and he can just sit and farm away. Annie and Gp have good farming skills with Q. Lulu isn't the best farmer, but a Top lane lulu is a good champ, even if she was behind during early game ( That is why TSM used to put Dyrus on it, so even if he got camped, he would still do fine in the late game.) Ori can also farm very well

Top laners:

Fiora Incredibly easy to CS with due to her high base AD and the passive increase on her W. Tryndamere Also easy, due to critting a third of the time. Only becomes easier when you get a stattik shiv. Darius Bleed damage helps you get creeps you would have otherwise missed. He builds an early tiamat, so that definitely helps, and his Q/W are great farming tools when you're not using them to murder your laning opponent. Irelia The kill reset on her Q means that she can use it to farm creeps very well. High base AD, and immense come from behind potential. Nasus Just a good champion to practice CSing with in general, and as you stack your Q it becomes really, really easy. Also, once you get enough stacks and defense you become invincible, so that's nice. Olaf High base AD and can farm with his E, since killing a creep with it refunds the health cost. Unlikely to carry games solo, so yeah you will be getting carried if you use Olaf. Pantheon The passive on his E makes it pretty easy to last hit. Do note Pantheon gets outscaled though, so you have to be pretty aggressive and snowball to stay relevant. Renekton Resourceless, can CS while harassing and sustaining, great lane bully, solid tank. Can farm waves with his Q rather easily, and he also builds an early Tiamat. Riven All of the above save "solid tank" applies here, and she can use her W to CS as well. Relies on snowballing though, so be careful. Shen A great choice. Shen's passive makes last hitting easy, and farming with your Q is similarly easy. Also has high base AD. The anti-snowball top laner. Unlikely to die in lane, but team reliant. You're a jungler so you should have solid map awareness. This means that you should get a lot of mileage out of his ult. Singed Simple mechanically, great at farming, but requires a unique mindset. Proxy farming is a solid strategy on him, as we all know. Sion The wave clear is real on this guy. Early mana issues, but becomes indestructible and farms well. A great asset to his team even when not stomping lane due to his tankiness and CC.

Mid laners:

Annie Just use her Q to farm. The mana cost is refunded. Okay wave clear. Chogath Very high base AD for a mid laner. Good wave clear, and his E makes last hitting easier. Use R to kill minions to increase your health in lane. Tankiness and sustain make dying in lane unlikely. Diana Good attack speed and passive makes farming fairly simple. Ekko W's passive has an execute when an enemy champ or minion is below 30% HP, and has good wave clear with his Q. Heimerdinger Your turrets literally farm for you. Kayle Farming doesn't get much easier than this. E makes waveclearing and CSing super easy. Mordekaiser His great waveclear, particularly his E, makes farming so easy. No escapes or CC, so be wary of ganks. Morgana Puddles farm for you. Viktor A really good basic attack animation for a mage as well as great wave clear makes him a solid choice. Xerath Laser pew pew Yasuo A better basic attack animation than basically every other mid laner combined with his Q and utter lack of resources makes farming easy. Somewhat hard to use effectively, in my experience. Zed His passive, Q, and E makes farming a dream.

Hope these suggestions help.

Shen Great at farming under turret.

Jax His W helps last hit stuff easier. As does his passive on his ultimate.

Irelia Can leap onto low hp minions.

Morgana AFK farmer is her nickname when she goes mid lane.

Khazix Can go mid or top or jungle. His passive helps you immensely with last hitting and with poke.

Jayce Swap forms often to get empowered auto attacks. Can AOE farm with his Q on his ranged form.

Heimerdinger Turrets do the work for you.

Gangplank Gets extra gold on his last hits, especially with parley last hits.
