Consider revert of Malzahar's mid-last-season jg nerf in light of 6.23 changes

While 6.23 changes made midlane malzahar healthier, they pretty much destroyed his jungle clearing ability. Mid last season, due to him being OP in the jungle, voidlings were changed from dealing 75% damage to 50% damage to monsters. Can that part be reverted, for jungle champion diversity and all?

I believe new one will not be any stronger than old (6.22) malzahar in the jungle, but it'll give him a chance there. He should not be a staple jungler, if his jg playrate ever goes well above average, I'd vote for re-nerf. But him being occasionally viable would be great!

P.S. I think making voidlings do normal damage to jungle monsters risks being overpowered. It might be balanced, but I had to choose one, I'd revert back to 75% first, since an overpowered jungler is worse for game health than underpowered one (balanced one is even better though), but if 100% voidling damage to monsters will not make his jg playrate or power skyroket beyond acceptable, I'd love to see that instead!

"made healthier"

aka now I don't even need to think to lane against him when i'm on my hypermobile powercreeped bullshit

lets not be riot and start spouting nonsensical jargon, meddler wouldn't know "healthy" if a goodlife slapped him across the face and told him to delete yasuo
