NEVER buy statikk shiv. Seriously, don't.

1 game was enough for me to realize how much it sucked. Miss Fortune's Q doesn't convert the lightning to crit so you'll be stuck hitting the enemy for only 100-137 damage.

Shiv is better than PD, not by stats but by effeciency. It's cheaper and lets you hit your power spike sooner.

I almost always just go IE>BT>LW. Greaves and her W active give enough attack speed and her AD scaling is pretty insane.

If you feel like you need more attack speed for whatever reason, Triforce is honestly better than shiv unless your team needs the waveclear. Q procs spellblade and the other stats/passive all work really well with her.

Buy Shiv when both you're losing and you need wave clear. Otherwise PD is the better choice.
