Im going to look for a little bit and then get back to you but here's something you can do if you are serious about getting better.
Focus on getting better at the part of the game where you are the worst at. For me it was my laning phase as a adc and I tended to give up kills, cs, preasure etc etc beucase I didn't play it correctly.
So to solve that I designed a few simple questions that I answer after each game that makes me understand what I did wrong and what I can do to imrpove.
For example for you it might be early game jungling so:
What went good in the early game jungle?
Why did it go good?
What went wrong in the early jungle?
What can I do to prevent that bad thing to happen again?
When you do this you will get better at regocnizing bad situations and you will learn how to cope with certain situations easier. I felt this is the thing that has helped me the most atleast.
And I clmbed from silver 3 to platinum 1 89 lp as highest.
Edit: As a adc I use every minion or pve as a opportunity to orb walk better and I think in the jungle you do this to take less damage. I mean I even try to make it as hard as possible so when it comes down to the real thing that feels easy and second nature to me.
1.When you started your blue buff move in between attacks to make the jungle clear more effeicient. This is probably even more nessecary in the early levels since you will use less hp to do the same clear.
You did a really bad gank that at the best situation would have given you a 1 for 1 trade. Both of you where around 20-30% hp and they both had summoners up, had more hp and yi can juse use his Q to dodge your charge. So in that sitaution it would probably have been better to just farm and then go b. Since now you gave up doublebuffs and a freekill to a snowbally champion.
After the kill botlane you could probably have done dragon. Since you where 4 and they would potentially would have been 3 that could have defended it.
Later you did the dragon when lucian died and it basicly turned out the same way but you got it abit later.
I'm not a junglemain so take this advice and critique with abit of salt (xD) and just work with the questions I gave you and yeah..
You only need game knowledge or mechanics to get to gold.
