he always wrecks me and by late game he's crazy hard to kill and can easily kill you ....

good positioning and kiting
1.) Use Ignite/ any other health regen negating abilities 
2.) Kite and Poke. (Have your ADC peel and pop voli's passive (30% health and below). Once the six seconds of voli's passive are over, throw the kitchen sink at him.)
3.) If all else fails avoid him, either by using good warding or by using binds (etc) when he is charging at you.
cc used when he starts for his throw. cait, janna, thresh, morg all have cc u should save for when he goes in. vayne sort of does but doesnt work well late game unless u pin him to a wall. ez's e or other escapes are good early, preventing the early toss
