This is a really major question for me... holy crap.
I have lost to this bot lane so many times.
Any tips? Counters? I would really appreciate it if you throw in some tips and counters against that lane instead of just one of those, desperate help

Really, anything that can interrupt jannas ult is good, and having something that can keep jinx locked down.
they have no sustain, aren't going to engage and want to play passive and scale.
Play a Poke ADC with decent range like Caitlyn, Varus, Ashe. Or an ADC that scales just as well as Jinx into the mid game/late game like Kog'Maw. And then a support that either can zone/hard engage like Thresh, Nautilus, Leona or one that can help poke them out like Karma or Lulu.
If you go the Poke ADC + Engage support like Varus + Leona, have Varus focus poking down Janna (yes janna not Jinx) once she is low she will get very wary and probably let you catch the adc out of position. Pre 6 that is an all in you easily win, post 6 if you can bait Janna's Ult or just have an option to engage immediately again (Like the Varus Ult) it should be pretty easy kills.

because Blitz pulls either of them and you will be able to chase them down and kill them. Sivir has good poke and free use of her E in that lane for mana sustain against like chompers or a nado. Janna's ult cannot save jinx if you grab Jinx without Janna flashing to do it, and even that might not be enough.
