I'm just curious. I think 
is in a good situation, (healthy-wise), just want to hear other's opinions, especially Riot.
"Underpowered? Healthy? Balanced? Mediocre? Overpowered? Only good for skilled players?" That sort've thing.
She's pretty good, and she's terrifying paired with certain ADCs (Caitlyn, Ezreal, and Corki come to mind).
I think she is good if people can master her, but besides that I feel like she is a bit underpowered.
Soraka is in a very good spot right now.
Anyone who says Soraka is bad has never even see her in game and is just spewing shit from their imagination

I hate that banana bitch. I should clarify - I hate playing against her. I love playing as her (when I'm not duoing bot lane with a friend I know I can trust). When you play against Soraka it just makes the laning phase so boring, like there's no reason to go for trades because the enemy ADC will just be healed back to full and if Soraka is smart she'll just stand right on the edge of xp range and throw a Q every now and then for some regen. On the complete opposite side of the spectrum playing as her when I'm with a rando ADC is great because I can just cover their mistakes by healing them up back to full and silencing anyone who tries to come in on them so they have a bit of extra time to escape. Don't think she's OP or UP or anything. Just a nuisance to play against and kinda fun to play as.

I think her itemization needs help, but she has a good kit.
I don't like how her W works, but other than that, she's good. Maybe Rito could make her Q fly little faster, not too much, but it is not super necessary. I'd say she is balanced, but bit annoying to play against, but it's only tiny bit.
I remember getting downvoted for saying she was good back during the preseason. That's all I have to say.
She is a champ with a skill that does True / Pure % hp damage to herself.....
She's a little weak, but she's not weak because of her kit.

she is strong. her silence is game changing if used correctly and her heals are pretty strong if she isnt focused
