Is this a bug? (Miss Fortune w strut)

Ratchet Fortune··5 votes·680 views

Steps - Get hit to disable strut Wait until it will start stacking the movement speed Press w- tool tip will say 70 by her icon---look at movement speed- still charging up

Sorry for my grammar I'm on my phone and I'm a very horrible typer, wanted to write this up before I forget. Please fix this if it is a bug!

I think I've noticed this before too. I tried running away from someone and my strut activated and then I activated my W to reach max stacks. I noticed in MF's stat window thingy that her movement speed was still going up even though it says 70 on the icon.
