Banshee's Veil cancels out the combo if you need to use distortion to get close. People have GA. People move faster in general. Lots of particles and crap going that covers the screen.
If you look at my last game I was the chogath with the leblanc on my team. I don't think she killed a single person in the last 30 minutes of the match.
I think she needs a buff to her distortion late game so it deals better damage so she can just W R W and scram.
Except every decent LB player knows you can q once and RIP Banshees passive...

I hope you're kidding me. She's super strong. Leblanc is even considered #2 in the top 5 strongest AP mid's according to RedMercy (diamond player, check him out on youtube).
Leblanc has all of the mobility in the world and can juke to escape as well as great AOE damage (WR) Leblanc can CC an opponent for 3 full seconds (ER) or Leblanc can deal massive damage (QR)
Overall, any champion with high mobility is always a dangerous sign to Riot, those champions in higher elo games will always be a source of trouble. As a matter of fact, RedMercy's predicting at 99% that she will get nerfed soon.
