Get Out Of Bronze -- Help Me :(

Bobbi Johnson ·2/2/2015, 5:41:50 PM·1 votes·1,060 views

My per game average is 6.7(kills) - 4.7(deaths) - 7.5 (assists)

  • I constantly buy wards (regardless of where I play)
  • I every position besides Mid lane pretty decently
  • I try to 'coach' team
  • I never noob chase without vision
  • I farm cs pretty well

Yet I usually win 1, then lose 2-3, win another lose 2-3. It's a ever losing progress system. It seems the games I do extremely well, I have a few teammates who counter that with performing extremely bad.

Have you ever started a match 5-1 and by the end of the game your maybe 7-6 ? Because bot lane or mid fed hard and Talon snowballs them into a win ? I feel like this happens to me a good bit. Elo hell doesn't exist, but being unlucky is real !!!!

Do I have to go 20 - 3 every game to carry myself out of Bronze ?

How did you guys make it out ?

Is Duo a necessity ?

How to get out of bronze...

  1. Stop buying wards. Just bitch at the support to ward everything like it's still season 3. You need all that gold to buy your Runaan's Hurricane!
  2. A kill is worth 300 gold. A minion is worth what? 20? 25 lategame? Clearly kills are what matters, pursue them at all costs!
2a. If you must choose between a kill and an objective. A tower, dragon, baron, etc... get the kill. Your KDA will demoralize the enemy more than a lost tower.
  3. Pick one lane and one champion and play them every single game. Inform your team that you will feed if not given that role.
3a. This role needs to be mid, top or adc. Support and jungle are only there to get blamed for things, not to win games. 3b. Make sure the champ you pick is one that is popular lately because some pro stomped with him or something. Only flavor of the month OP champs for you!
  4. Offer advice to your team by pointing out every mistake they make in chat (or all chat) followed by a term of endearment like "you idiot", "noob" or "scrub". 4a. If anyone gets annoyed at or rages about your attempts at inspiring them, inform them you will report them for being toxic. That will get them in line. 4b. If a teammate plays or builds in a way you disagree with, inform them in chat that they're building wrong. Preferably in all caps for added emphasis.
  5. You don't make mistakes. Noobs make mistakes. If you do something that fails... do it again! It'll surely work next time. You don't want a defeatist attitude.
  6. Any time you get a kill or make a play, it's important to talk trash in /all chat. It demoralizes the enemy team, giving you the edge. 6a. If anyone talks trash to you at all, report them. Those kinds of toxic players need to be banned and that guy's "gg" was clearly meant sarcastically! 6b. If you lose a game, be sure to report every member of your team for feeding and the enemy team for Negative attitude or something. They probably deserve it, after all.
  7. Copy a pro player's build on your chosen champ and do not change or alter it in any way. Ever.
  8. Make "omg nerf pls!" posts about any champ you lose to. Eventually all your competition will be nerfed and you will reign supreme! They were all Op anyways.
  9. Drink heavily and/or smoke pot before each run of ranked games. It will help relax you and hone your killing skills!
  10. First Blood decides the entire game. If your team gets it, it's time for tower dives because you're unstoppable. If your enemy gets it it's time to ff at 20 and hope your next team is less full of noobs.

Let me know when these tips have gotten you to plat, my friend.

Duoing with someone you can rely on will help immensely. Bronze is hard to get out of because of the people in there but it is possible.

I got out solo, just kept playing from bronze 5 and little by little i claw'd my way out. Also watch LCS , the casters give you alot of useful info to improve your own game. The more champs you learn the more match ups you will understand. And kills arent the most important thing, remember 15cs = 1 kill

Also feel free to add my alt account xI Hanzo Ix I can duo with you to help you out of bronze/give you tips

xI Hanzo Ix -alt account

Oh and adc/mid is the easiest way to get out of bronze/help carry

  1. play straight forward easy kit champs.
  2. Ping your team towards objectives.
  3. every time the dragon timer gets below 2 minutes tell your teammats( ex: "drag 130")
  4. play jungle or support because they influence your team the most.
  5. place your wards in the right places.
