Hmm, I must say Kha's first clear is more PvE than Black Market Brawlers is when you get a bad leash, but after a bit of practice you can clear jungle without a leash.
My clear path is:
Start Q, do Gromp, take W (duh), then start blue. Time your W heals carefully! If you can W at the very end of Gromp you will take the least amount of damage. After blue go around wolves and W them on your way out, free health basically. You can do the same with chickens, but not necessary. You should have enough health for red buff after that.
With a leash you don't NEED to heal off of the other camps, but you still end up with more health at the cost of a few seconds. I consider it worth. Alternatively you can go for Skuttlecrabs, bit risky cause you're probably pretty low on health to be running around in river.
Your build is solid, don't worry about that.
AD quints, armor pen reds, armor seals, and uh, I think MR per level glyphs? Could be CDR, I don't quite recall. And I think I run 21-6-3 on masteries, taking the bonus MS in the utility? I uh... don't revise my runes and masteries as much as I should, admittedly.
Also, as a long time Kha player, I recommend evolving Q or E over W almost all the time. W evolve is nice however it's very situationally more useful than... anything else. If played properly your Q and E are extremely optimal in most match ups. Your real choice over what to evolve is W or R. Once you have hydra, Q will basically one or two shot most camps since the small monsters die to hydra, and evolved Q plus evolved R makes you a nasty skirmisher.
And a little tip that I didn't know until somewhat recently.
You can hydra and smite while mid flight. It's pretty silly E'ing over a wall and just killing a minion camp before you even land. Or using hydra to secure an assist while midflight over a squishy to reset your jump before you land. Mantis? More like grasshopper.
