How should I restart playing farming lanes?

I used to main Kennen top lane but now I only play support with sona, soraka and braum(and sometime jungle with amumu). Nowadays I got used to playing those roles which don't require last-hitting experience that I start to doubt if I should play the farming roles again since the enemies in games I play now are all of the same experience level as I am but on this level, only my role of support is really up to their standards and any other roles will put me at a disadvantage since they would have more experience in those roles while I'm not (if you can understand). I would like to be able to play every lanes if I was to start my ranked provisionals but I don't know how to train (here's what I mean)

I'm level 30 and so all my opponents are of the same level so I go support which I always play then the match-up will most likely to be a fair one in lane but if I play a farming role which I have stopped playing at for example level 20, then I will be against someone in that lane who is level 30 if they main that role.

I sometimes play custom games with intermediate bots with Kennen and some other mages and I always win and end with more farm than the bot but I'm still not confident enough to start playing real matches in those roles as I'm sure my opponent will have more experience in farming lanes and make my team lose. Should I make another account to practice? Or are there other things I can do?

I suppose the best way to drill it would be to play Intermediate Co-Op vs. AI for the stuff you're really new with, and for champions you're a bit more familiar with, Team Builder. The cool thing about Team Builder is it'll account for your low experience with a lane, role, or a champion and give you a bit easier of a time.

IMO there's not a ton of benefit from learning on a new account, but that's just my opinion.

I'd probably pick a champion with good last-hitting tools and who focus on farming early in the game. Mundo, Nasus, Irelia, Morgana, Orianna, or Veigar may be good choices. Any champion with abilities which give them additional on-hit damage, autoattack resets, or AD tend to be good choices.
