How do I create league videos?

I don't know which forums area to post it in so I'll post it here. Me and a couple of my friends want to create a youtube channel where we upload our games. The videos will look profesionnal with an intro, music, outro and cutouts where people see the players faces. I don't know how to do this though. For one, we don't have a good screen recording device and I'm pretty sure we'll need something good to be able to record RAM-costing games like league. Then comes editing, where I'll have to take the clips of the players faces and post them on the recorded along with all of the mic chats. I really want to make this come true. Can anyone help me?
