What should be my final Sona item?

I main Sona and I don't always know which item to pick for last item, Currently, my final set-up is: Boots of Swiftness-Captain, Athene's Unholy Grail, Ruby Sightstone, Lich Bane, Rabadon's Deathcap and Sweeping Lens. For my final item, I can't decide on whether to buy the Talisman of Ascension or the Ardent Censer the ac provides slightly more movement speed and ap but since I start with the ancient coin maybe it is better to stay with talisman, which provides more regen and stuff. So which one should I be getting for my Sona item set?

I assume you're supporting. Itemization really depends on your team and the opponent's team. There should never be a single build you do every game with a champion. Ardent would be good if you have a lot of auto attacking champs besides just your adc. Talisman in your case is a natural upgrade and is very useful if the opponent can kite you very well or disengage very well. If you started with the frost queen's item, that would be a natural upgrade as well. I would also add mikael's crucible to your list if your opponents have a lot of hard cc. Sometimes, if no one else picks it up I'll get a locket too if the opponents have lots of ap damage.

Unless I'm very ahead, or the only source of AP damage,I tend not to go super ap heavy as your damage is low against anyone with MR and you're unlikely to pick up mpen.
