Bard + Dead Man's Plate

Seems to me that fits perfectly into a build. Think about it, you already need to roam to get chimes, therefore you will be moving a lot and gaining momentum. Momentum = speed boost. Speed boost = longer roam in less time (i.e., less time away from adc/faster gank to mid/get to team fight). Add in the fact that the added damage from the momentum stacks stack with your meep damage and becomes more bursty (not that he is really bursty to begin with). Since isn't really a tank and will get inst-popped if focused, seems like a better investment that or in some cases.
