We were both top lane, and Olaf was doing nothing but zoning me off with his EQ pokes, which really deals a chunk out of me. And somehow, I got lost in the trades & lost my lane.
Any Jax mains care to share on how you deal with the never-ending buffed Ragnarok freak?
I'm not a main, but your best bet is to start E, and try to cheese him, AA him, get minion aggro out the gate, and start trading, your E does dumb damage because of all the damage more so then his own E, either he is smart and backs away and you are hopefully ahead, or you with your stun wins out.
Buy a bork and randuins. Nuff said
You have to win lane pre6. Once he gets his ult there is no way for you to stun him to get the upperhand. He gets a big powerspike at level 2 and 4(? i believe it is) so play around that. Get an early gank from your jungler to push him out of lane. He is not quite feast or famine like a mord or yorick, but he needs some decent amount of farm to teamfight effectively, and even then you can't quite say it is effective unless your adc is bad at positioning.
Your teamfighting is much better than his. His E falls off late game. Teamfight early and force him to leave lane to help his team. You outscale him big time and will be able to 1v1 him late game (unless he gets bork and RH then itll be hard to out-trade him).
