Increase mini map size MOD

I needed help with map awareness and decided the mini map was too small to get my attention 100% of the time. Things may change when the new hud is released...so sorry that im a little late guys.

Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.1.95\deploy\DATA\menu\hud

edit the file corresponding to your desired resolution

i.e hud1600x900.ini

find MinimapScale=1.0000

and edit the first decimal point. i found 1.5-1.65 to be enough. when you go higher than 1.x it gets a bit silly :P

you have to modify this before you start a match. so edit and save the file then start a custom to tweak it where you want it.

If you change the minimap scale in game afterward it will undo everything back to normal and you will have to edit the file again before your next match if you want it back.

side note:

to hide chat or make it much smaller go to - Riot Games\League of Legends\Config

edit the game.cfg

change the ChatScale= value to whatever you desire.

ChatScale=-100 will make it dissapear. you can still chat, so be wary of pressing enter by mistake..you will be typing instead of casting spells
