How to Fix LP Gain/Loss in Diamond V

So i haven't been in diamond that long, based on the number of games i played atleast. What is with these LP gains though? I `ve played around 15-20 games total and regardless I get on average 12/13 lp per win. I entered DV with 13~ wins above loses and was getting 20-25lp per win. Now im 9 wins above loses. I win i get, 12, I lose i lose 20-25lp!!!!

Today I went on a 5 game winning spree, I got 16, 14, 13, 12, 12 LP respectively. I lose my 6th game and -25lP WTF. Next game doesnt go my way and -20. What the hell is with this, I ve had this LP gain/loss since I got into Diamond. The most LP ive gotten was 18???

I thought they said they addressed this issue? Ifs its like this i have very little motivation to play. Its just going to go back to login just to avoid decay.

The MMR difference between Plat 1 and Diamond 5 is one of the largest in the game, so much larger in fact that you will probably get to Diamond 5 within the 'lp system' before you truly get to diamond 5 in the 'mmr' system.

This means that for atleast 80-100 games you'll get low LP games, but ey you're winning alot of games, just stick with it.

Also, stop focusing on rank, focus on your own skill. The point of the ranking system is actually NOT TO CLIMB it's to determine WHERE YOU DESERVE TO BE, so focus on getting better each game, rather than the lp you gain and lose, and you'll naturally climb.
