Having issues getting Azir to "flow"

Idk if it's me, my internet, my computer, but I have issues getting Azir to flow. For instance, w e q dash I've tried and tried to do it, but it never works... w e r (with or without q) almost never works, it's like the r doesn't register so it won't work. This one sometimes does work too, so it's really frustrating to go in the middle of their team with an ally and my r fail so I can't seperate the back from the frontlines, then I die.

Any specific tips/suggestions? I'm going to make a custom game, but I'm worried it won't really help cause the bots have such low iq and I might not even learn anything form it. Please I love Azir, and when I get these to work it's the most glorious thing ever!

My question is, do you play with range indicators or not? The reason I ask is because I don't, and I feel like they're unnecessary. If you get to a point where you've memorized the approximate place of where the ability is going to land, it'll make it easier to land it there, rather than looking at a blue arrow to see that they're in range. Also, speed is key. You need to be able to press q and e, respectively, very quickly. Try landing you're q first. On or behind the enemy. Since e bring you straight to the soldier, as long as the soldier is at least on the enemy, you'll knock the up. You shouldn't be pressing w then q and e, it'll slow down the combo. Try working on having a soldier out already before using the combo. Also remember that Azir's wall/ult starts behind him. So as long as you are right up against an enemy, the wall will throw them. As long as you can master the q e combo, adding r will be easy seeing as the knock up from e gives you plenty of time to ult. practice makes perfect. I spent a stupid amount of matches playing Azir, to the point where some of my friends still say I'm the only good Azir player NA. Starting with bots is a good way to get the combo down. Once you have that, you can move on to real players. And don't be afraid of playing against counters or feeding. Just because you are dying a lot, doesn't mean you aren't learning. Just don't ignore the deaths. Reflect and think about why you are dying, and why that champ is countering you. Also, don't be afraid to take risks or experiment. It'll teach you what does and does not work. Ignore other people too. People troll and are scum bags all the time, so who cares if you're trash for a little while? Mute all 9 players and focus on your gameplay.

Sorry for the huge response. Can you tell I like playing Azir yet? XD
