So got to thinking: I wonder if meeps double hit? I'm not sure that they are on-hit, nothing is exactly clear on that. So can I get a rioter or someone knowledgeable about the meeps to let me know if they will double strike with sated devourer?
From LoL wiki:
Meeps is a non-physical pseudo on-attack effect. A meep applies spell effects as a single target ability. Hextech Revolver Spell vamp is fully applied. Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 35% slow. Magic damage will be mitigated by magic shields. Spell shields will block a single meep.
I don't think you would get two meeps, unfortunatly :((
The Meeps are kinda like a spell attached to the Auto Attack.
