Thoughts as a Viktor main

I recently found out the mini-rework was happening, and just found out in game it happened already.

The ult changes are something I asked for when I first found the champion, faster ticks for half damage, and goes through terrain. Then it has extra bonuses too which make it even better. Very happy with the ult changes.

Q and W however are a different story. I feel like it is a net nerf with those changes in place.

Magnetize on W turning into a 20% slow on all abilities sounds cool. Pulling all enemies to the center has a much higher utility and reward for skill. It also makes clearing raptors a very clean affair.

It is extremely satisfying to hit everyone with E and R, then use Q and E as needed to clean up. That feeling is being traded for a slow, which I could get if I bought an item.

On the topic of the Q nerf. 8% mana plus .15AP was the previous and it has been traded for 30-115 plus .15AP. Under the old setting you would reach the cap for that at around 1500ish mana. I run archangels so I get around 3k mana giving me really nice shields on Viktor.

He's lost a lot of trade potential late game, and as a scaling champion this is a disservice.

I really love the ult changes, and W I can maybe work with, but the Q is a big nerf. Cut my shield by 50% or more. At least revert that please.
