I think it is vital that we have a recording system in LoL for players who wish to closely observe on why they fail and how to win.
In Match history we should have an option to see a recording of the entire battle and we can spectate our own replayed footage.
Dota 2 has this but why not LoL?
Riot has been trying to put out a replay mode for a very long time. Not sure why it's taking so long but here's some progress indicators.
Lolreplay was the thing for replays.
A year or so ago, when spectator mode first came out, Riot said it was bassically the foundation for replay mode.
lolreplay got updated with spectator mode, it became awesome. Eventually stopped being updated.
now lolking has it's own replay thing with .bat files. It's really cool cept, it's only for diamond/challenger player recordings. You can't record your own games with it.
I use BaronReplays ... its decent although buggy at times.. but at least I can watch my past games. Not sure if it supports previous versions though, so this might be a nuisance.
