Which one of these AP midlaners should I purchase?

I've been looking into buying an AP midlaner for a while now, seeing that I usually only play AD champions, but I'm not quite sure who to get.

So far, I've come up with three champions: Azir , Diana , and Viktor .

Which Champion do you guys think is the best in the current meta/patch? I usually like to play bursty type champions who can make enemies disappear off the map in seconds, or champions who can deal massive DPS in team fights. Difficulty of the champion isn't really an issue, as I'm sure that I can learn the champion after some practice.

Pick any champ that is not Freelo, preferably something nerfed.

then when you win with that champ, you can switch to another OP mid laner, and rek everyone in sight.

From the list, Azir is the more 'nerfed' one and requires good positioning etc.

I am an ex Azir main and i will always have a sweetspot in my heart for him, and even with the nerfs i cans till solo carry and game, but being realistic he requires ALOT of skill.

If you haven't played any AP mid at all, you have given yourself really tough choices. All of these are very difficult to start with as a beginner, and take a LOT of effort to master. The easiest is probably Diana, and she can be very bursty. However, she is melee, and will get poked to death vs a ranged mid.

I'm really not going to recommend Azir, you will probably just get super frustrated with him. Viktor is "ok", but his laser (E?) has really annoying targeting.

Why don't you start with something simpler in the free week rotation? You don't want to waste IP/RP on a champion you may hate or never get the hang of. Don't make the learning experience so hard on yourself...
