Random warding tip because I'm a support and I love you.
I used to just drop my ward in a bush and be done with it.
Then I learned, your cursor turns green when it is in a bush, and is the standard color when outside of one. How interesting! How...can I use this to my advantage?
So...instead of just dropping a ward behind the dragon pit in the bush near red, I put it toward the veeeeery edge of the bush at the top. Suddenly, my ward not only saw that general area, but around the corner of it toward their raptors as well! OMGVISIONIMPROVEMENT!
How far can I take this? Let's ward the bottom tri-bush, closest to the river because I don't want to get hooked. 11/10 games have a Tresh, so it's better to play it safe. What's this? It seems if I place it closer to the bottom edge of that bush, even while close to the river, I can see a little further down towards their krugs! Only a little, but a split seconds notice can make all the difference. I feel like it makes a difference, so that is how it shall be. Now and forever.
This pink ward. I love placing it in the center of the river bush near dragon for my mid, but I wish it could serve another purpose. What if I place it as far to the right in that little bush as I can. Wow, Whaddya know? It gives full vision right outside the dragon pit, revealing some wards out front of it and STILL covers my mid's side brush! Two birds with one stone! I think I'll occasionally drop a dummy ward closer to their raptors so their jungler's smite-ward-detection-thingy doesn't cause him to snoop over into my pink ward bush. That's my bush now. I claimed it.
